Sohanson disintegrators are well designed hammer mills of simple and sturdy construction. They are idealy suited where oarse grinding of soft and medium hard minerals or of vegetable products is required. The main shaf is the only revolving part, which requires no adjustment. This main shoft runs on Ball/Roller bearings and it contains single row of four (or more) fixed hammers installed on a hub. the fineness of the finished product is controlled by the replaceable scrness fitted on the lower half of the disintegator body. The screens of desired mesh can be easily changed. All portions of the body where wear and abrasion is expected, are lined with replaceable hard alloy liners. |
